By accessing or using Standemy ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service / ลักษณะบริการ
Standemy is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables users ("Community Owners") to create online communities, sell digital courses, digital products, and paid memberships. Standemy provides hosting, community management tools, learning management, and payment processing infrastructure.

3. Account Registration / การสมัครสมาชิก
You must be at least 18 years old to use paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under your account.
4. Subscription & Billing / การสมัครและชำระเงิน
- Prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly).
- You may cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Standemy does not store your card details.

6. Acceptable Use / การใช้งานที่ยอมรับได้
You agree NOT to use Standemy to:
- Sell illegal, fraudulent, or misleading products or services
- Promote hate speech, violence, or discrimination
- Sell adult/sexual content, weapons, drugs, or regulated financial products (crypto trading signals, forex signals, get-rich-quick schemes)
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Spam, phish, or distribute malware
- Circumvent payment processing or engage in money laundering
Violation results in immediate account termination without refund.
6.1 Financial Education Content / เนื้อหาด้านการเงินและการเทรด
Community Owners publishing finance-, investing-, or trading-related content must operate strictly as educational content. The following are prohibited and result in immediate termination:
- Selling or distributing trading signals, entry/exit alerts, or copy-trading services
- Guaranteeing profits, income, ROI, or specific financial outcomes
- Providing personalized investment advice or acting as a broker, fund manager, or financial advisor without a valid license
- Managing member funds, pooling capital, or handling client accounts
- Publishing testimonials that imply guaranteed or typical earnings
Owners are responsible for including appropriate risk disclaimers in their own materials. Standemy is a software platform only and does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for Owner-published content.
6.2 Education, Tutoring & Certification / การสอนและใบรับรอง
Owners offering courses, tutoring, or coaching agree that:
- Certificates issued through Standemy are course-completion records only — not accredited academic degrees or government-recognized qualifications
- No guarantees of exam pass rates, admission, scholarships, employment, or salary outcomes
- Content targeting minors (under 18) requires verifiable parental consent and must comply with local child-safety laws
- Owners must hold any teaching licenses required by their jurisdiction (e.g. regulated professions)
- No academic fraud services — writing essays, taking exams, or completing coursework on behalf of students
6.3 Health, Medical & Wellness / สุขภาพและการแพทย์
- No medical diagnosis, prescription, or treatment of disease without a valid medical license
- No claims to cure, prevent, or treat any illness (including cancer, diabetes, mental illness, COVID-19)
- No sale of prescription drugs, controlled substances, unapproved supplements, or medical devices
- Fitness, nutrition, and mental-wellness content must include a "consult a licensed professional" disclaimer
- Therapists and counselors must state credentials and jurisdiction; no crisis intervention through the platform
6.4 Legal, Tax & Professional Advice / คำแนะนำทางกฎหมายและภาษี
Educational content about law, tax, immigration, accounting, or insurance is permitted. Personalized advice constituting the practice of a regulated profession is prohibited unless the Owner is properly licensed in the relevant jurisdiction and clearly discloses their license.
6.5 Business, Marketing & "Make Money Online" / คอร์สธุรกิจและรายได้เสริม
- No income guarantees, "typical earnings" claims, or before/after wealth screenshots presented as expected results
- No multi-level marketing, pyramid, matrix, or recruitment-based compensation schemes
- No dropshipping "get rich quick", crypto pump groups, forex PAMM/MAM recruitment, or affiliate schemes that pay for recruitment rather than sales
- All earnings examples must be labeled as individual results with a disclaimer that outcomes vary
6.6 Cryptocurrency & Digital Assets / คริปโตและสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัล
Educational content about blockchain, crypto, DeFi, and NFTs is permitted. The following are prohibited:
- Promoting, launching, or selling tokens, ICOs, IDOs, or unregistered securities
- Operating exchanges, custody services, or yield/staking pools through Standemy
- Coin calls, pump-and-dump groups, insider trading tips
- Facilitating crypto payments outside Stripe (Standemy is not a money service business)
6.7 Relationships, Dating & Adult Content / ความสัมพันธ์และเนื้อหาผู้ใหญ่
Sexually explicit content, pornography, escort services, sugar-dating, and adult webcam services are prohibited. Educational content about relationships, communication, and self-improvement is permitted when age-appropriate.
6.8 Gambling, Betting & Sports Picks / การพนันและทายผลกีฬา
No sports-betting picks, casino strategies sold as winning systems, lottery predictions, or any service that facilitates gambling. Educational analysis of probability, game theory, or the industry itself is permitted.
6.9 Weapons, Drugs & Regulated Goods / อาวุธ ยาเสพติด และสินค้าควบคุม
No sale, instruction on manufacturing, or promotion of firearms, explosives, tactical gear, illegal drugs, tobacco, vaping products, alcohol sales, or any goods restricted by Thai law or the buyer's jurisdiction.
6.10 AI, Data & Intellectual Property / AI ข้อมูล และทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
- AI-generated content must not impersonate real people or infringe copyrights, trademarks, or likeness rights
- No scraping, reselling, or training models on other Owners' or Standemy's content without permission
- No sale of pirated software, cracked accounts, leaked courses, or plagiarized material
- Deepfakes, non-consensual imagery, and CSAM are strictly forbidden and reported to authorities
6.11 Data Protection & Member Privacy / ความเป็นส่วนตัวของสมาชิก
Owners act as data controllers for their members and must comply with PDPA (Thailand), GDPR (EU), and any applicable data-protection law. Do not export member emails for unrelated marketing, sell member data, or send unsolicited spam.
6.12 Refunds, Chargebacks & Payment Abuse / การคืนเงินและปัญหาการชำระเงิน
Owners must honor their stated refund policy, respond to member disputes in good faith, and not encourage chargebacks or friendly fraud. Excessive dispute rates may result in payout holds or termination per Stripe's requirements.
6.13 Enforcement / การบังคับใช้
Standemy may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice: remove content, suspend features, freeze payouts pending review, terminate accounts, and report violations to Stripe, law enforcement, or affected rights holders. We are not obligated to monitor content but may act on any report.
7. Content Ownership / ลิขสิทธิ์เนื้อหา
Community Owners retain ownership of content they upload. By uploading, you grant Standemy a limited license to host, display, and deliver content to your members.
8. Limitation of Liability
Standemy is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Standemy's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
9. Termination / การยกเลิก
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account anytime from Settings.
10. Governing Law / กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
